Single Malt
A 21 year old Craigellachie single malt, aged in a Sherry butt from September 1995 to September 2016. Following its maturation, the whisky was bottled by Douglas Laing for the Old Particular range with an outturn of 504 bottles.
Stewed berries and Sherry-soaked barley, with a touch of mineral-y smoke.
More red fruits, now dusted with brown sugar and joined by a heavy slice of malt loaf.
Chocolatey and very slightly smoky.
