This single malt from Craigellachie joins Hunter Laing's independent Old Malt Cask collection. Distilled in 2007, the whisky spent 16 years maturing in a single sherry butt, yielding an outturn of 322 bottles.
Sweet layers of prunes, raisins, cured meat, and caramel.
Rich cocoa, zesty marmalade, ginger loaf, and meaty malt.
Dried fruits linger alongside toffee and sweet oaken spice.
