2012 vintage single malt from Craigellachie, independently bottled by Signatory for its Small Batch series after an 11-year maturation in a selection of oloroso sherry butts.
Blueberry muffins, dark chocolate with a touch of mint, buttery fudge, and plump sultanas.
Burnt sugar, treacle, dates, and grilled pineapple, with cacao and sweet spice in tow.
Sticky ginger cake, poached orchard fruit, toffee, cocoa.
