We do love a single malt from Craigellachie, and indie bottler Signatory has bottled up a splendid example here as part of its Cask Strength Collection. Distilled in 2012, the whisky spent 11 years maturing in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt before it was bottled at cask strength in 2023. A release of 595 bottles.
