Craigellachie single malt distilled in September 2012 and then matured in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt (cask 900689) for a decade. It was bottled at an enormous 68.1% ABV (!) for the Cask Strength Collection by Signatory. You'll need to add a drop of water to this.
Sherried fruit, mint chocolate, apple, and cinnamon.
Cocoa, caramel, poached fruit, raisins, and nutmeg.
Dark and sweet.
