A 15 year old single malt from the Cragganmore distillery, bottled by Duncan Taylor. This was distilled back in September 2000 and set aside to age until December 2015, when it was bottled as part of the Dimensions range with an small outturn of 312 bottles.
Big bundles of fresh fruit (think plums, pears and gooseberries), followed by punchy notes of anise and coffee bean.
Vanilla starts to develop on the palate, with touches of quince and black pepper in the background.
Quite floral. A touch of honey brings sweetness to the finish.
