Copperworks 3yo MoM 2015

All the way from Seattle's Copperworks distillery, this American single malt whiskey was distilled in 2015 and treated to a three-year slumber. In that time, it took a journey to a far-flung isle, hoping to find its fortune. When that whiskey came knocking at the MoM Towers door, we welcomed it in, and now 58 bottles are ready to make their onward journeys to you.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Crisp orchard fruits with juicy pears and green apples aplenty. Earthy notes of walnuts and dried herbs develop in time, backed up by toasted oak and toffee.

Palate That oak char leads the way, joined by the fresh apple from the nose. Light and fruity with notes of barley water and citrus oil, with a dusting of fresh vanilla.

Finish More vanilla and buttered malt loaf towards the finish, with a touch of herbaceous zest bringing lift to the rich oak.

Reviews for Copperworks 3 Year Old 2015 Single Cask (Master of Malt)
Rookie Review
Only just started diving into whisky / whiskey society. Took part in my cities local Whisky Festival and thoroughly enjoyed it. This is where I won a bottle of 3 year old Copperworks and I've got to say after months of tasting sessions this is by far my favourite thus far. It is so wonderfully smooth and the smell is divine. I'd recommend this to anyone who has an interest in whisky.
