It's a Wemyss Malts independent bottling of Clynelish single malt Scotch whisky, distilled in 1995 and matured in a single hogshead cask. In 2016, it was bottled at 46% ABV with an outturn of 340 bottles - and has been given the name 'Pomme Piquant'.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Green apples (as you could guess from the name), orange pith, ginger and some floral malt.

Palate: Herbaceous at first, before the zesty fruit once again takes hold of the whisky's flavour profile.

Finish: Caramel, shortbread and a little Sherried spice.
