Another exciting bottling from Signatory's much-adored Cask Strength Collection, this time distilled by the marvellous Clynelish! It was aged in a single refill sherry butt for 25 years, from November 1995 to April 2021, and eventually bottled with an outturn of 340 bottles.
Dense chocolatey notes, with snuffed candle and mahogany savoury elements.
Candied ginger, honey-roasted peanuts, spun sugar, prunes.
Toasted almonds, flamed orange peel, another hint of snuffed candle.
