21 year old Clynelish - delish! This tasty single malt was distilled in September 1995 and matured in a refill Sherry butt until January 2017, when Signatory bottled it for their Cask Strength Collection. 591 bottles were produced.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Chocolate truffle, sea salt and molasses. Earthy oak.

Palate

Orange peels and poached pears, with a few hints of raisin too. Still quite chocolatey.

Finish

Camphor and chocolate-coated peanuts.
