A tasty 21 year old Clynelish single malt, independently bottled by Signatory for the immensely popular Cask Strength Collection. It was distilled in November 1995 and left to age in a refill Sherry butt until April 2017, when it was bottled with an outturn of 546 bottles.

Nose

Beeswax, smoke, chocolatey barley and greengages.

Palate

Red chilli, juicy blackberries, a touch of spiced rum.

Finish

Lemon blossom and cooked ginger notes appear on this finish.
