A 20 year old Clynelish, independently bottled by Signatory as part of their Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled in June 1996, matured in two hogshead casks and bottled in September 2016 without even a thought to chill-filtering it.

Nose
Spiced oak, honey'd cereal, a touch of smoke.
Palate
Apple skin, clove, bread & butter pudding and a dollop of golden syrup.
Finish
Lemon peels, a few flakes of sea salt and black tea.
