Description
Single cask Clynelish single malt, independently bottled by Signatory for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection. This was distilled in December 1996 and matured in a refill butt until February 2017.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Cinnamon sticks, new oak, oily barley and a smidgen of smoke.
Palate
Lemon peels, melon and honey. A few touches of pepper.
Finish
Slightly savoury and spicy.
