Description

20 year old Clynelish single malt Scotch whisky, allowed to aged in a refill butt from December 1996 to January 2017. This was independently bottled by the chaps from Signatory as part of their Un-Chillfiltered Collection.

Nose

Chocolate truffle, toffee apples and strong coffee.

Palate

Green peppercorn, dates, sponge cake and hints of pine resin.

Finish

Waxy fruits, sea air and plum.
