An independently bottled 19 year old single malt from the Clynelish distillery, drawn from a pair of hogsheads casks. Clynelish distilled this whisky in June 1996 and left it to age until the folks at Signatory bottle it for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection in March 2016.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Salted butter, vanilla, oak, cinnamon.
Palate
Hobnob biscuits, good quality chocolate, subtle herbaceous notes of thyme.
Finish
A slight whisper of fresh fruit emerges on the finish.
