An independently bottled 19 year old single malt from the Clynelish distillery, drawn from a pair of hogsheads casks. Clynelish distilled this whisky in June 1996 and left it to age until the folks at Signatory bottle it for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection in March 2016.
Nose: Salted butter, vanilla, oak, cinnamon.
Palate: Hobnob biscuits, good quality chocolate, subtle herbaceous notes of thyme.
Finish: A slight whisper of fresh fruit emerges on the finish.
