A 14 year old Clynelish, distilled on the 18th April 1997 and aged in two hogsheads before bottling by Signatory for their Un-Chillfiltered Collection on the 17th January 2012. A release of 783 numbered bottles.
Salty butter and caramel on the nose, with hints of camphor and lemon zest.
An oily, spiced palate with hints of Ovaltine, salt caramels and parsley.
Grassy, spiced finish.
