Clynelish 11 Year Old 2008 (casks 800133 & 800135) - Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory) 70cl Whisky

A cracking single malt from Clynelish, distilled in 2008 and matured in a pair of bourbon barrels for the next 11 years. The casks were opened by Signatory back in 2019, independently releasing the whisky to join the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
