Bourbon
Distilled at Clynelish on 6 June 2008, this single malt matured for a decade in a pair of bourbon barrels. When it reached the age of 10 years old, it was independently bottled on 25 March 2019 for Signatory Vintage’s Un-Chillfiltered Collection. A floral and fruity Highlander.
Syrupy flapjack, honeyed banana and beeswax, with candied ginger and apple compote.
More apple alongside peaches, apple and orange blossom with more waxy notes, barley sugar, vanilla fudge and black pepper.
Milk chocolate praline, honeyed toast and clove.
