Clynelish 10yo 2008 Bottling Note

Distilled at Clynelish on 6 June 2008, this single malt matured for a decade in a pair of bourbon barrels. When it reached the age of 10 years old, it was independently bottled on 25 March 2019 for Signatory Vintage’s Un-Chillfiltered Collection. A floral and fruity Highlander.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Syrupy flapjack, honeyed banana and beeswax, with candied ginger and apple compote.

Palate: More apple alongside peaches, apple and orange blossom with more waxy notes, barley sugar, vanilla fudge and black pepper.

Finish: Milk chocolate praline, honeyed toast and clove.
