A 10 year old Clynelish single malt bottled by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled in June 2008 and left to age in a pair of bourbon barrels until March 2019, then bottled without any chill-filtration. Because that's what the title of the bottling range is about.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Beeswax and brownies, with hints of burnt oak developing.
Palate
Fudge, floral malt, cinnamon sticks and another hint of beeswax.
Finish
Softly spicy on the finish - ginger, pepper and brown sugar.
