Chita
The Chita Japanese single grain whisky is one of the selection of fantastic distilleries owned by Suntory – you can learn more about The House of Suntory here.
Chita is their main expression - a whisky matured in a combination of Sherry, bourbon and (interestingly) wine casks.
Chita whisky is great for the summer months.

I first had a Chita highball in Japan and was bowled over. Wonderfully floral and firmly established as my go to Japanese whisky, neat or mixed. I even convinced my sceptical poker night buddies!
A fantastic sipping whiskey...
Blonde in blossom summer dress, scent of spring flowers, taste of sweet angels’ lips and her vanilla hair filling my lungs with faint but persistent craving for that warm current that gently makes me happily surrender to smile after smile...
Very light and very tasty! You must try this with soda. Smooth! If you are looking to get knocked out without a punch, Chita with soda is the tastiest way to go. No hangover whatsoever. Trust me, i have tasted whatever is available.
In general I liked it.Similar to Haig Club, but better. I would buy again for ~£30 maybe
