A wonderful 35 year old Carsebridge single grain Scotch whisky, distilled in December 1982. It was then aged in a single cask refill butt and bottled in July 2018 by Signatory for their Cask Strength Collection, as a limited release of 500 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose

Clean, grainy and slightly milky.

Palate

Creamy vanilla porridge, dried apricots and corn syrup.

Finish

A medium finish with notes of peach, light milky flavours and more porridge with a few drops of treacle.
