Superb single grain, single cask Scotch from Carsebridge, distilled in 1982 – the year before the Lowland-based distillery sadly closed its doors for the final time. After 34 years maturing in a refill sherry hogshead, the whisky was independently bottled in 2017 by Signatory for its Cask Strength Collection, releasing an outturn of just 88 bottles. A fab opportunity to try some exquisite grain from this long-lost Lowland distillery.
