Nose: Lemon zest, sultana and apricot, shortly followed by soft cedar and biscuit dough.
Palate: More citrus, now with Seville orange and just a smidge of grapefruit. Chocolatey notes mellow the palate, with malt and gingerbread in tow.
Finish: Unsalted peanuts, seeded bread with butter, another helping of dried fruit and candied ginger, a kick of oak spice.
