Locally foraged botanicals and ageing in Pinot Noir Casks from Felton Road Winery lend this gin a rich and complex flavour profile with an elegant rosé-like colour.

Rich and satisfying, with notes of woody pine, pink pepper, juniper, and wild mint.
Slightly creamy with spicy pepper coming through.
Beautiful tasting gin with a very clean taste that has no harsh edges. Best I've ever had.
