Given that Caperdonich distillery closed in 2002, casks of its single malt Scotch whisky are an increasingly rare sight, so it's no surprise Signatory bottled this one to celebrate its 30th Anniversary. This Caperdonich 23 year old was matured in a single sherry hogshead cask which was filled on 13th June 1995 until it was bottled in July 2018 without any additional colouring at 58.4% ABV. 265 bottles were produced, presented alongside a rather swish case and two tasting glasses.
