A Speyside single malt Scotch whisky that was distilled at the Caperdonich distillery and then aged in a single cask (29480) for 22 years. Signatory then snapped it up for its Cask Strength Collection and presented it at 57.6% ABV.
Toffee apples, bright citrus peels, honeysuckle, redberry fruits, and charred oak.
Warm gingery spice, green apple, espresso, mango, and molasses.
Oak char and aromatic spice with orchard fruit.
One of my favourite whiskies ever. A perfectly balanced cask-strength. I first tasted a sample on my honeymoon, then I won a whole bottle in a Master of Malt competition. I absolutely adore it.
