A Speyside single malt Scotch whisky that was distilled at the Caperdonich distillery and then aged in a single cask (29480) for 22 years. Signatory then snapped it up for its Cask Strength Collection and presented it at 57.6% ABV.
Nose Toffee apples, bright citrus peels, honeysuckle, redberry fruits, and charred oak.
Palate Warm gingery spice, green apple, espresso, mango, and molasses.
Finish Oak char and aromatic spice with orchard fruit.
