Caperdonich 1992

Caperdonich was once known as Glen Grant No. 2 thanks to its proximity to its sister distillery. Legend has it that they were once connected by a pipe which was removed after it was discovered that locals drilled into it to steal the whisky!

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose Ripe banana and pepper to begin with, leading to spices and candied citrus peel.

Palate Apples and pears join the banana from the nose with hints of charcoal in the background.

Finish The finish is long with notes of cracked black pepper and thyme.

Overall A fruity Caperdonich with a peppery kick.
