This is an un-chill-filtered bottling of seventeen year old caperdonich by independent bottler Signatory.
Very malty, with notes of white pepper and a little earthy charcoal.
A good malty body and well balanced with pine needle and sweet tea.
The finish is long, spicy, sweet and honeyed. With fruity hints of citrus.
This is a malty Caperdonich with an underlying earthiness.
