Distilled in 2010, this single malt from Caol Ila finished its 14-year maturation in a first-fill Hospices de Nuits Burgundy red wine cask. The cask was opened by Brave New Spirits in 2025, releasing 300 bottles for its Cask Masters collection. A broody, fruity single malt, brimming with wintery spices, smoked meats, and dark fruits.
