This single malt from Caol Ila joins indie bottler Douglas Laing's Old Particular Collection. The whisky spent 10 years maturing, finishing with a stay in a ruby Port cask, bringing notes of rich, jammy berries to the coastal peat at its heart. A release of 300 bottles.
