This Scotch whisky was distilled at Caol Ila in June 2012 and aged for 10 years in a trio of hogshead casks before bottling for Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection in November 2022 without chill-filtration.
Chocolate malt, burning heather roots, seaweed, and vanilla alongside plenty of rich smoke.
An oily palate carries notes of ginger, camphor, a little sage butter, and lemon peel.
A long, smoky finish.
