Cameronbridge 37 Year Old 1984 (cask 19297) - Cask Strength Collection (Signatory)

Cameronbridge 37yo #19297 Bottling Note

Cask strength single grain Scotch whisky from Cameronbridge, matured for a generous 37 years in a single hogshead cask between 1984 and 2022. After this long slumber, the gang at indie bottler Signatory decided the time was right to crack open the cask, releasing an outturn of 200 bottles for the Cask Strength Collection.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Blackcurrants, honeyed stone fruits, a touch of sawdust and light orchard blossom.

Palate: Pear drops and creamy caramel bring sweetness, with spiced apple following on. Warming wafts of earthy tobacco build beneath.

Finish: Cinnamon and cedar, some vegetal oak creeps in alongside jammy fruit.
