Cameronbridge 26yo #12661 Bottling Note

A single grain Scotch whisky from the Cameronbridge distillery, aged in a single cask for 26 years. Released as part of Douglas Laing's Old Particular range, this whisky was distilled in October 1991 and aged in a refill butt until June 2018, when it was bottled with an outturn of 639 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Honeyed cereal, fresh cream, salted caramel and hints of new leather.

Palate: Sponge cake, lemon drizzle cake and fruitcake, too. So, yeah. It's wonderfully cake-y.

Finish: A touch of lemon and caramel sticks around on the finish.
