Cameronbridge 15 Year Old 2010 (cask 354883/2010) - Cask Masters (Brave New Spirits)

This 15-year-old single grain from Cameronbridge has spent its life in a second fill sherry hogshead. Bottled at a punchy 51.8% ABV with just 304 bottles drawn from the cask, it’s creamy, approachable, and gently layered.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Soft vanilla cream, coconut shavings, and icing sugar, with light toffee and a faint touch of dried fruit. A gentle nuttiness and polished oak sit underneath.

    Palate

Honeyed cereal, caramel, and vanilla fudge lead, with subtle raisin, almond, and a whisper of spice from the sherry cask.

    Finish

Vanilla, light oak, and a delicate dried fruit sweetness.
