Superb single grain from the silent Cambus distillery, distilled in 1991 – just two years before it closed its doors for good. It rested in a single refill hogshead for three decades, until Hunter Laing bottled it up in May 2022 for the Sovereign series in a release of just 265 bottles.
Peaches and cream, mint chocolate, and a lick of butter.
Summer berries, white chocolate, fresh kitchen herbs, and pear skin.
Sweet and spicy, with flecks of chilli heat and toffee apple.
