A 30-year-old Cambus single grain, aged in a refill sherry butt (#104230) from December 1991 to September 2022 before Signatory snapped it up for the Cask Strength Collection at 54.4% ABV.

Palate

Runny honey, festive spice, stewed apple, and floral sweetness.
