Sherried single grain here from the closed Cambus Distillery, matured in a refill sherry butt for 28 years - from May 1991 to June 2019. After that, Signatory bottled it up for the Cask Strength Collection, producing 459 bottles (at cask strength, obviously).
Loads of sherried richness here, with raisin and cinnamon standing out.
Still packed to the brim with sherried fruit and festive spice, while layers of toffee and milky coffee sit underneath.
Cassia, ginger, dark chocolate.
