Bourbon
Tasty single grain whisky from none other than the awesome Cambus Distillery, which sadly closed in 1993. This was distilled in the Lowlands back in 1990, and spent most of its maturation in a pair of bourbon hogsheads. Before bottling, it spent a finishing period in a first-fill cask which previously held Koval Bourbon, which is pretty cool.
Green apple skin and banoffee pie, Creamy butterscotch, crème brûlée and nutty praline.
Silky vanilla custard, with honeyed spices and gingersnap biscuits, alongside a touch of milk chocolate.
Oak char, tinned pineapple and stone fruit jam.
