Nose: Vanilla ice cream with a few spoonfuls of chocolate sauce. Light hints of strawberry and apple.
Palate: Fresh honey, caster sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a backbone of fruit salad.
Finish: Lingering melon and kumquat.
