Single cask single grain from the Cambus distillery, aged for 25 years in a refill hogshead from September 1991 to October 2016. After a quarter of a century of maturation, this was independently bottled by Douglas Laing for their Old Particular range. 282 bottles were produced.
Buttered granary toast, with a light layer of marmalade.
Vanilla and yet more orange-y notes arrive on the palate, with a good helping of brown sugar and baking spices.
Medium length, with cinnamon and pepper sticking around.
