Cambus 25 Year Old 1988 (cask 10597) - The Clan Denny (Douglas Laing)

A Clan Denny Cambus! This single grain comes from the Cambus distillery, which was sadly closed back in 1993. Luckily, indie bottlers like the folks at Douglas Laing allow us to get our hands on their whisky! This one is a 25 year old single grain Scotch whisky that was distilled back in 1988.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

    Nose

Boiled sweeties (the orange kind), with rounded notes of golden cereals.

    Palate

Runny honey, baking spice and citrus peels galore.

    Finish

Quite sweet, though elegant as it develops.
