Caledonian 31 Year Old 1987 (cask 18504) - Cask Strength Collection (Signatory) 70cl Whisky

A pretty special single grain whisky from the Caledonian distillery, which closed back in 1988 - just one year after this whisky was distilled! The Lowlander spent over three decades in a single hogshead, and when the 31 years had passed it was bottled by Signatory in May 2018 at 50.2% ABV for the Cask Strength Collection, in a release of 249 bottles.
