Staoisha (which refers to Bunnahabhain's heavily peated output) single malt Scotch whisky, bottled from two casks by Signatory Vintage. The whisky was distilled in 2013 and then matured for 9 years, which included a finishing period in first-fill pinot noir butts. As part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection, it was bottled at 46% ABV with its natural colour and, of course, without chill filtration.
Heaps of earthy peat are joined by dried fruit, sugared peels, raisins, toffee, and oaky dryness.
Smoky tobacco, toasted almonds, liquorice, red berries, and beach bonfire embers.
Coastal smoke and rich spice.

This was a great dram that I would definitely buy again. I am.not a huge peat fan but this was a very interesting drink and loads of character
