Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Hearty notes of sea breeze and beach bonfire with richly roasted malt and floral vanilla.

Palate: Almond butter and crushed pecans are joined by burnt sugar, with generous helpings of vegetal peat smoke in tow. Hints of floral tea emerge in time, joined by peppery spice.

Finish: Lingering peat smoke keeps things coastal and herbaceous, while spiced winter fruits and a touch of liquorice bring balance.
