Staoisha 8 Year Old 2013 (casks 900052 & 900059) - Un-Chilfiltered Collection (Signatory) 70cl Whisky

A heavily peated single malt from Islay's Bunnahabhain Distillery, which is known for mostly making unpeated whisky. As such, this one was released under the Staoisha name – y'know, so you know what you're in for. It was distilled in 2013 and aged in a pair of decharred and recharred hogsheads for eight years, before being bottled up by Signatory for the Un-Chilfiltered Collection range.
