Bottled by Signatory as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection, this delightful single malt from the Bunnahabhain Distillery was released under the Staoisha name – meaning we can expect a heavily peaty expression! Distilled in September 2013, the whisky was left to rest in a pair of hogsheads for seven years, and bottled in August 2021.
Smouldering, earthy ash and barbecued pineapple.
Packing plenty of tropical fruit, grilled banana, bonfire smoke and peaty sea spray.
Coastal medicinal notes creep in, lingering maritime saltiness, spiced fruits.
