Signatory certainly knows how to celebrate in style. For its 35th anniversary, the independent bottler released a host of stunning single malts to join its Cask Strength Collection Rare Reserve. This one hails from Islay's Bunnahabhain distillery and spent a whopping 44 years maturing in a second-fill oloroso sherry butt between 1978 and 2023. A release of 238 bottles.
